SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 735 km East of General Santos City (6.8°N, 131.7°E). It is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan and Mindanao. Easterlies affecting the rest of the country.
